Privacy requests (access, deletion, correction, portability), questions about our Privacy Policy, or to report a privacy concern. We respond within 30 days as required by CCPA and GDPR.

Security disclosures

If you’ve found a vulnerability in the Ezley platform — please tell us, not the world. We acknowledge security reports within 24 hours and work with reporters in good faith. We don’t currently run a paid bug-bounty program, but we credit researchers (with permission) for confirmed reports.

When reporting, please include:

  • Steps to reproduce.
  • Affected URL or endpoint.
  • Whether you’ve shared the finding with anyone else.
  • Your preferred contact for follow-up (a real email helps).

AI agents and protocol integrations

If you’re building an AI buying or selling agent that should work with Ezley — ChatGPT shopping, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or your own — reach out. We’d rather work with you early on the protocol surface than catch up later.

Concierge support

For sellers and buyers already in an active Transaction, the fastest concierge channel is in-app — open the Transaction in the marketplace app and use the concierge contact button. Most Transactions in our launch counties have a named concierge operator assigned. For pre-Transaction concierge interest (selling your first piece of equipment, asking about a category), email support@ezley.com.

Mailing address

Ezley is a small distributed team. We do not operate a public office. For formal legal notices and service of process requiring a physical address, email legal@ezley.com and we will provide the registered agent’s address.

What we don’t have (yet)

  • A phone line. Voice support is on the roadmap once Transaction volume justifies it; until then, email is faster, more accurate, and creates a paper trail useful for dispute resolution.
  • Live chat. Same reasoning.
  • A press contact. We’re not actively running press at this stage — when we are, this page will list the address.
