Trust is what Ezley is built on. Escrow, identity verification, dispute resolution, and concierge are the foundations.

Your money stays in escrow

Your money is held in escrow until handover is confirmed and a review window passes. You can confirm receipt yourself, or the agreed window passes after handover and the funds release. And if something turns out wrong after release — wrong item, missing parts, damage you didn't catch at handover, never delivered — you still have a window to open a dispute. Filing a dispute freezes the funds while it's worked out.

Identity verification

Every seller and buyer has a verification tier visible on their profile. Higher tiers unlock larger transactions and faster payouts.

BASIC

Email verified. New accounts start here.

VERIFIED

Email + phone + government ID. Required to sell above per-category thresholds.

TRUSTED_SELLER

Email + phone + government ID + address + transaction history. Auto-approved listings, faster payout.

Above a certain price, card payment isn't offered

Above a certain price (we'll show it at checkout), card payment isn't offered. Wire and ACH are the path because they're both safer and cheaper for transactions this size.

Disputes

Disputes follow a defined process. If you and the other party can't resolve a problem directly, you can open a dispute on the transaction.

A named Ezley operator handles each case — not a queue. The adjudication framework is documented, the steps are the same for every case, and either party has the right to escalate.
